Associate Will be eligible for incentives or income only as per the volume of business. That too is subject to the eligibility

By the company. The company does not assure any incentive or income on merely account of his/her
joining in the company.
The company has not authorized any associate of the company to receive any amount in cash on behalf of the company

fee or cost of products as the case may be.
The associate will not be a consumer, agent or employee of the company. His/her position being so, he/she can not bind
the Company,
In any manner nor he/she has any authorized to bind the company or represent or speak on behalf of the company.
The company will approve the associate by issuing an official receipt and online registration. This will carry the login ID
and
Password
as chosen by the applicant himself/herself. This user ID will have to be quoted by the associate in all
his/her
Transaction and correspondence with the company. User ID once chosen can not be altered at any point of time later.
Handling Charges will be deducted as per company norms and TDS will be deducted as formulated by the Government.
In case of partnership persons will have to be submit all relevant partnership deed and MOU.
Each and every person should adhere to rules & regulations formed by the organization and if any person found guilty of not
Observing the same then he/she will be terminated from the company. The company reserves all rights to terminate
any body
At any point of time and once that person is terminated, he/she cannot enter any of the company remises/
meeting location &
His/her incentives/income will be stopped immediately.
The associate shall bear true faith and allegiance to the company and shall not mislead any person with any false
statement/
Promise
to join the company or to purchase any product and shall maintain good relations with other associates.
The company will not be answerable for any promise, assurance given by any associate to any person, unless it is in accordance

the approved business plans & terms of the company. Hence the applicant shall go through the website : -

The company reserves all the rights to modify the Terms & Conditions, products, plans, business & policies, after giving
Prior notice through its website & associates. That will be binding on all associates of the company.
If any disputes arises between the parties here to touching the business or interpretation of any Terms & Conditions or
as to Incentives/income etc. Relating to the business of the company, the same shall be referred to arbitration and arbitration shall be
Governed by the arbitration and conciliation Act 1996.
The Terms & Conditions mentioned above shall be governed in accordance with the law in force in the territories of India. Disputes,
If any arrives shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kasauli (H.P.).
If any associate not involved actively in company and business activities, he will not be entitled to get the commission. Company
Has all rights to withhold his/her commission. Further, associate will have no right to claim any incentives.
